El Manjar Bakery began with a simple mission: bring the authentic flavors of a traditional Mexican panadería to Green Bay. What started as a family kitchen tradition has grown into a neighborhood gathering place where every loaf and pastry is made with care.
We believe great bread takes time. That's why we still mix, shape, and bake many of our items by hand, using fresh ingredients and recipes that have been passed down through generations. From our signature conchas to our crusty bolillos, every item reflects the pride and warmth of our heritage.
